They were honest and transparent

Q06: What have they done to earn that rating? "They've been absolutely honest and truthful. When I called Dale, he answered all of my questions and didn't apply pressure to visit. We stopped in and Dale explained everything and gave us some time to talk and look around by ourselves. Everything went well. When I found these issues, Dale told me to send him some pictures. He called me back the next day and said that they needed to take care of those and got me in. They didn't try to make excuses about it either. They were honest and transparent and I really liked that about them."

Great Service

Traveling the trailer power jack failed on my 2019 Airstream leaving me "hitched". Pulled into BT Thomas asn explained I could not unhitch without a working jack. Within 10 minutes I had two techs installing a new power jack. I was back on the road in a half an hour - and no charge as it was covered by the warranty. Great service and attention to detail! Great place to buy a camper

Great sales experience coupled with fast professional service.

The dealerships location is convenient to my residence and storage location. The sales experience was pressure free and pleasant. But, of note,has been the exemplary service that we have received. We have dropped off our travel trailer on more than one occasion without an appointment and still had a very quick resolutions of the issues that we needed repaired. This is a very important factor to consider when making a purchase. If you purchase from Camping World like I did previously hopefully you will not have the experience related to them having my camper(that I purchased new from them)and they had it in service for over 6 months due to the awning arm breaking on one side. They forgot to order the part which even lengthened the overall repair time. Anyway, Bill Thomas has been the polar opposite of Camping World. You can tell that they care about their customers. Best Service Ever

We purchased elsewhere. On the road had issues, they let us camp on site until the parts arrived. They arranged for expedited parts to be delivered.
