2011 Rockwood Signature Ultra Lite 8315 Purchase/Delivery

We just picked up our "New to us" TT from BT. Special "Thanks" to Dale, our sales rep, Debbie, in parts, and Bill, our Delivery/Inspection Guru. Each of these people went well and beyond to ensure that our trailer and purchase experience was great and professional. Everyone at the dealership we met made us feel as we were part of the "BT Family" immediately and throughout our buying process. We were especially fond of our "first night" in our RV by staying the night at the dealership and the follow-up the next morning. We can hardly wait to start our RV experience knowing we have all those professionals supporting our journey. "THANKS" once again!!! Looking forward to the experiences to follow. The other guy that came out was very helpful. I think his name was also Bill. We wanted to make sure it was hitched up correctly, and he took care of it for us. The delivery was last week, but due to the rain, we had to hold off until today. They graciously held it for us."

Q04: Who or what prompted you to visit Bill Thomas Camper Sales? "Curiosity. We had gone to a couple places close to home, and we saw one that was kinda what we wanted. The place we used before had gone out of business. The other places did not have the models we were interested in. We wanted to actually see them and get a feel for them. My wife found them on the internet when she googled RVs. We decided to check it out. We wanted to see if they had what we were looking for, so we could see it."

Q06: What have they done to earn that rating? "They were not high pressure at all. They were kind, patient, and listened to what we were looking for. They were just understanding to our situation. We had some problems with our last camper. They made sure the kind of unit they showed us was the kind of unit we were looking for. The parts manager volunteered to help us find the specific kind of wheel shocks we needed. All 3 of the people I dealt with were all great. Austin was our salesman, and he was low key and helpful. The manager came up to us without being intrusive and offered to help us out."

just bought a Solitaire

The time they took with us at the RV show in St. Louis and at their headquarters. Bryan Hope was thoughtful, patient and very helpful. he made sure all our questions were answered rather he or someone else had the answers. Jesse and Bradley were both very kind when it came to dealing with the financial part of the matter. We would HIGHLY recommend visiting Bill Thomas RV sales in Wentzville, MO when shopping for a camper. They only sell the best when it comes to campers. Best RV Dealer in MO!

I purchased my camper about two years ago, so I have some opinions on my purchase and follow up. First of all, I shopped at EVERY dealer in MO, and BT Camper was by far the best to deal with from start to finish. Dale was my sales guy and he made the deal enjoyable. On top of that, they have been terrific to deal with on the service side. All RV’s eventually need repairs and I have zero complaints from their service department. Warranty work

We had some warranty work done at Bill Thomas RV in Wentzville, MO. They were terrific to work with! We did not even buy our Imagine 3170BH from them. The work was completed in about 2 weeks and that included ordering some parts. I would highly recommend them. - John from Wentzville, MO

Quality is about the people

I have to say I am impressed with BT RV the people that work there from the Salesman "Jim" to Bill the quality control person and everyone in between were just great! We had an issue that held up our purchase for about three weeks and every one there worked with us until we got the problem resolved I just can't say enough about the quality of people that work there. They made sure we knew how everything worked and let us stay on their camper pads a couple of days to make sure everything was right. If you are looking for a RV I would highly recommend Bill Thomas RV they will treat you right! - Michael from Bourbon, MO

Our First RV

They were very friendly and helpful. They were not pushy and trying to sell us something that we did not want. After we had decided to buy they helped us though the process and even explained what everything did and how to work it and even had us drive it around to make sure we knew how it handled.
